What is uPerForum Boulder?
uPerForum is an annual summit specifically for uPerform healthcare clients, focusing on the future of health IT education. The event aims to empower healthcare education leaders with tools and relationships to optimize training strategies, enhance user efficiency, and improve satisfaction through better health IT education and support.

When and where is the event taking place?
The event will be held from Tuesday, September 15th to Thursday, September 17th, 2026, at The Limelight Boulder. Please refer to the agenda for detailed information on the venue and schedule.
Conference Location
The event will be held at The Limelight Boulder (1295 University Ave), minutes from downtown Boulder, CO. All events will be held onsite this year.
How do I register for the event?
Registration can be completed online through our official registration form here. The standard registration fee is $300, which covers access to all sessions and activities. Travel and hotel costs are additional.
Can you help me get approval to attend?
Yes. We offer ready-to-use resources to simplify the process, including an event overview brochure you can share with leadership and a “convince your boss” email template you can customize and send.
Travel and Accommodation
How do I get to the venue?
Boulder is served by Denver International Airport (DEN).
When booking your trip, aim to arrive no later than Tuesday, September 15th.
- Joining us on Tuesday? AM sessions begin promptly at 9:00 AM. PM sessions will resume at 2:00 PM.
- Not attending Tuesday's sessions? Mosey on down to our Welcome Reception starting at 6:00 PM.
For transportation to Limelight Boulder, you can:
- Take the AB1 bus from Denver Airport Station - Gate 8 to Broadway & University Ave in Boulder ($10 fare)
- Use taxi services, Uber, or Lyft for direct rides from the airports to the hotel. Please be aware that Boulder is about 40 miles from the airport, and rideshare services may cost over $75 each way.

Are there recommended hotels nearby?
We recommend staying onsite at The Limelight Boulder. Our discounted room block is open until August 16th, 2026.
When should I book my room?
Our discounted room block is available until August 16th. Space is limited, so please book as soon as possible to ensure you have a spot!
How long of a hotel stay would I need for the whole event?
Arrival
We recommend arriving in Boulder no later than Tuesday, September 15th, in time to join our Tuesday sessions starting at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, or join us at our Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM.
Departure
We recommend checking out on Thursday, September 17th, after activities conclude around Noon. We welcome you to stay longer to explore Boulder and all that Colorado has to offer.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes! For our local commuters, self-parking is available at the The Limelight Boulder.

Tuesday now features several sessions that provide a deep dive into specialized topics.
Make sure your travel plans accommodate arrival for your sessions starting at 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM.

What is the dress code for the event?
Business casual.
Will meals be provided?
The following meals are included as part of your registration:
- Tuesday, September 15th: Lunch, Dinner
- Wednesday, September 16th: Breakfast, Lunch, Happy Hour with heavy hors d'oeuvres
- Thursday, September 17th: Breakfast, Grab n' Go Lunch
Additionally, beverages and snacks will be available during all sessions and conference activities to ensure you stay refreshed and energized throughout the event.
