Flight
Touch down at Denver International Airport (DEN). If you are looking to take full advantage of your time at uPerForum and attend our track sessions on Tuesday, please plan to arrive Monday night or early morning on Tuesday. Morning sessions kick off at 9:00 AM. Afternoon sessions begin at 2:00 PM. Welcome Reception begins at 6:00 PM.

Make base camp with us at The Limelight Boulder, nestled among the Flatirons and just a 15-minute walk to the Pearl Street pedestrian mall of downtown Boulder. The Limelight serves as the ideal hub for an event like uPerForum. Spacious, contemporary, and full of natural light with views of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains, it offers an environment that is both relaxing and inspiring. The Limelight also features a wide array of meeting spaces, both large and small, that will accommodate our full group and offer ideal spaces for small, collaborative breakout sessions.

Discounted Room Block
The event and all related activities will be held from Tuesday, September 15th to Thursday, September 17th, 2026, at The Limelight Boulder. We’ve secured a discounted room block, offering a special rate of $299/night plus taxes and fees.
The booking link for the discounted room block is open. Please be aware that space is limited, and August 16th is the last day to book rooms.
Recommended Travel Schedule
Arrival
We recommend arriving in Boulder no later than Tuesday, September 15th, in time to join our Tuesday sessions starting at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, or join us at our Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM.
Departure
We recommend checking out on Thursday, September 17th, after activities conclude around Noon. We welcome you to stay longer to explore Boulder and all that Colorado has to offer.
Special Requests
Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of booking.
Room Guarantee & Charges: A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Guests are responsible for paying their own account upon departure, including incidentals. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid credit card for pre-authorization to cover room and tax charges for the length of stay.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, guests must notify the hotel directly by 6:00pm (local time) 48 hours prior to arrival. Notification of cancellation within 48 hours of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's room and tax.
Getting There
Boulder is located about 40 miles from DEN. The most affordable (and environmentally friendly) way to get there is to take the AB1 bus from the Denver Airport Station - Gate 8 to Broadway & University Ave in Boulder. The bus stop is directly in front of the Limelight hotel.
Taxi services, Uber, or Lyft are also available for direct rides from the airports to the hotel. Please be aware that Boulder is about 40 miles from the airport, and rideshare services may cost over $75 each way.
