Dr Chietigj Bajpaee is senior research fellow for South Asia in the Asia-Pacific Programme at Chatham House. Prior to joining Chatham House, he was the political risk adviser for Asia at the Norwegian energy company Equinor (formerly Statoil). He has also worked for Control Risks, IHS Markit (now S&P Global), the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington DC, and the International Institute for Strategic Studies. He completed his PhD at King’s College London and the National University of Singapore, holds a master’s degree in international relations from the London School of Economics, and completed his undergraduate studies in economics and politics at Wesleyan University and the University of Oxford.

Bernhard Bös ist seit 2022 als Projektmanager in der AUSSENWIRTSCHAFT AUSTRIA aktiv. Davor war er mehr als 20 Jahre in internationalen Management- und Vertriebspositionen u.a. beim weltgrößten Automobilzulieferer sowie einem Marktführer in der Baustoffindustrie tätig. Abgerundet wurde diese Erfahrung noch durch einige Jahre in einer etablierten Managementberatung. Sein akademischer Background umfasst Studien der Handelswissenschaften in Österreich und Frankreich sowie ein Doktorat an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien.

Bertrand Goalou leads urban transport and railways initiatives in the Transport Sector Department at the Asian Development Bank, with focus on Emerging Areas and new Transport solutions. With more than 25 years of experience in the sector, Bertrand’s expertise covers all stages of the project cycle. He joined ADB in 2010 and devised sustainable urban transport projects, promoting innovation and transformative approach. Prior to joining ADB, Bertrand held various Project Director positions in a French leading international transportation engineering firm. He worked in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa and developed urban mobility plans, bus rapid transit, light rail, metro, non-motorized transport, electric mobilities and railway projects.

Audrey Kim is the Founder/Curator of Misalignment AI Museum, a 501c3 nonprofit based in San Francisco with the mission to increase knowledge about Artificial Intelligence and reflection on the possibilities of the technology through thought-provoking art pieces and events. Audrey has worked for YCombinator, led private-public partnership programs for the United Nations, operations for Cruise Automation (from pre-seed to post-GM acquisition), and business development for Google. Her artistic productions include collaborations with the composer Philip Glass and OpenAI. I am a Chartered Civil Engineer (UK) and European Engineer with almost 20 years of professional experience in the transport and energy sectors. My specialisations are in project management, procurement, tunnelling and FIDIC forms of contract. I have worked in Europe, North Africa, Middle East and throughout Asia, in particular for the multi-lateral development banks EBRD, EIB and ADB. At the Austrian/German engineering consultancy BERNARD Gruppe ZT GmbH I am responsible for all operations in non-German speaking countries. Since 2011 this includes India, where the company has implemented prestigious transport sector assignments. I enjoy multi-faceted, complex projects; work directly with clients and leading competent teams.

Velina Tchakarova is founder and geopolitical strategist at FACE For A Conscious Experience e.U., Vienna, Austria. She was former Director & Board Member of the Austrian Institute for European and Security Policy (AIES) in Vienna and instructor on Geopolitical Systemic Risks and Global System Transformation.
