Registration Cancellation Policy:

• More than four weeks before the conference (any time prior to October 23rd) - full refund less admin fee of $50.00

• Four weeks before the conference (between October 24th and October 30th) - 75% refund

• Three weeks before the conference (between October 31st and November 6th) - 50% refund

• Two weeks or less before the conference (November 7th onwards) - no refund

 

Please note: 

• Ticket processing fees will not be refunded.
• Multiple tickets: if you are purchasing a ticket for someone else you must register the ticket in their name.
• Any changes or refunds that have to be made by us will be charged a $50 admin fee for each ticket change.
