Is there a I4PL group rate for hotel rooms?

There is a room block available with a special rate a The Westin Harbour Castle. The link to book a room will be provided at the end of registering for conference. The room rate is $339+tax per night.

What parking arrangements are available at the venue?

Valet parking at a rate of $55, is available on a first come first serve basis. There are other parking locations available in the area. Please see the pdf for other options. Self-Parking Locations.pdf

Are there meals included?

Breakfast, breaks and lunch are included.

Will there be Wi-Fi available?

Wi-Fi is available and the password will be provided at conference.

I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?

If you have special needs and/or dietary restrictions, please let us know when registering.

Is there a dress code for the event?

Business casual.

Where can I find information about the event agenda and schedule?

This is available on the agenda tab.

Are there breakout sessions? Where can I find information about them?

The agenda tab will have the breakout sessions and information regarding each session available.

Where is the keynote/my next session/the exhibition hall located?

A map with meeting rooms will be available on the event app and shared one week before conference.

How do I download the event app?

Instructions will be sent one week before the conference with download and login information.

 

Registration FAQ:

Do you have to be a member to register?

No, anyone in the learning development industry is allowed to attend.

How do I pay for the registration?

Payment is by credit card online.

Are there group rates available?

Group rates are not available.

 

Are there one- day passes available?

No

Are early bird discounts available?

Yes, please check out the registration tab for pricing.

Can I register at the venue?

No,  on-site registration is not available, please register in advance.

Where can I review my registration information?

A confirmation will be emailed to you after registering with your information.

What is the cancellation/refund policy for event registration(s)?

  • More than four weeks before the conference (any time prior to October 23rd) - full refund less admin fee of $50.00
  • Four weeks before the conference (between October 24th and October 30th) - 75% refund
  • Three weeks before the conference (between October 31st and November 6th ) - 50% refund
  • Two weeks or less before the conference (November 7th onwards) - No Refund
