Available exclusively to delegates from the Least Developed Countries (LDCs), as defined by the United Nations.

Welcome Reception Only Ticket $250.00 HST excl.

Available to individuals who are not registered with a 3-Day Congress Ticket and wish to attend the Welcome Reception in the evening of Sep 8 only.

This ticket provides access to the Welcome Reception and does not include admission to any Congress sessions or other ticketed event functions.

Gala Dinner Only Ticket $450.00 HST excl.

Available to individuals who are not registered with a 3-Day Congress Ticket and wish to attend the Gala Dinner in the evening of Sep 10 only.

Registration Information

All dates and times are in Canadian Eastern Time (ET). Registration fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD), exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

Tickets

Early Bird rates are available from until March 31, 2027, at 5:00 PM ET. Eligible registrations completed during this period will automatically receive the published Early Bird rate.

If you wish to pay across two fiscal years, please submit your instalment request in writing to 15wcc@occ.ca. Approved payment plans require the first instalment to be paid by December 31, 2026, and the second instalment by March 31, 2027.

Ticket holders must meet the eligibility requirements for their selected category at registration and during the event. The 15WCC Organisers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to verify eligibility, cancel ineligible registrations, and/or require registration in the appropriate category.

Visa Requirements

Determining whether a visa is required and obtaining it in a timely manner is the registrant’s sole responsibility. Registration for 15WCC does not guarantee or expedite visa processing or approval, and the 15WCC Organisers cannot intervene in the visa application process.

Refunds for visa refusals may be available within the applicable refund timeline.
