The Standard 3-Day Congress Ticket includes access to the full Congress programme, including all plenary and parallel sessions, as well as the Welcome Reception.
The Gala Dinner is not included. Delegates with a 3-Day Congress Ticket may purchase a Gala Dinner Add-On Ticket for CAD $400 + HST.
Important: Add-on tickets are only available at the time of registration and cannot be purchased after registration has been completed.
How do I know which ticket category I am eligible for?
Members of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Ontario Chamber of Commerce (OCC) are eligible for the Member registration rate.
To determine whether your chamber is part of the ICC network, please visit the ICC Chamber Network. Can't find your chamber? If you believe your chamber is a WCF member, please contact wcfglobalevents@iccwbo.org for verification.
Delegates from Least Developed Countries (LDCs), as defined by the United Nations, are eligible for the discounted LDCs rate. Please refer to the United Nations list of LDCs to determine eligibility.
The 15WCC Organisers reserve the right to verify eligibility and may request supporting documentation.
Do you offer Early Bird pricing?
Yes. Early Bird rates are available from until March 31, 2027, at 5:00 p.m. ET. Eligible registrations completed during this period will automatically receive the published Early Bird rate.
Registrations that remain unpaid after the Early Bird deadline will automatically be adjusted to the applicable Standard rate. From March 31, 2027, at 5:00 p.m. ET, Standard rates will apply to all new registrations.
Do you offer a special rate for delegates from the Least Developed Countries (LDCs)?
Yes. A discounted registration rate is available to delegates from the Least Developed Countries (LDCs), as defined by the United Nations.
The 15WCC Organisers reserve the right to verify eligibility and may request supporting documentation.
Can I register multiple Delegates?
Yes. Online group registration is available for groups of up to 3 attendees.
For groups of more than 3 attendees, please contact 15wcc@occ.ca for assistance.
Can I modify my registration after submitting it?
No. Once submitted, registrations cannot be edited directly. If you need to make changes to your registration, please contact 15wcc@occ.ca.
Will I receive a registration confirmation?
A registration confirmation will be provided once your registration with payment is completed. Please review the information in your confirmation carefully.

I can’t find my confirmation email. What should I do?
You can resend your confirmation email at any time. Click the downward arrow next to the “Register” button in the top-right corner of the registration page and select “Resend my confirmation email.” Be sure to use the same email address associated with your registration.
Social Events
Can I attend the Welcome Reception or Gala Dinner without a 3-Day Congress Ticket?
Yes. Welcome Reception Only and Gala Dinner Only Tickets are available for purchase to individuals who do not hold a 3-Day Congress Ticket, including guests of registered Delegates.
These tickets provide access only to the selected social event and do not include admission to Congress sessions or other ticketed functions unless otherwise stated.
Is the Gala Dinner included with my 3-Day Congress Ticket?
No. The Gala Dinner is not included with the 3-Day Congress Ticket.
Delegates may purchase a Gala Dinner Add-On Ticket for CAD $400 + HST at the time of registration.
Add-on tickets at disounted rates cannot be purchased after registration has been completed.
Can I purchase a table for the Gala Dinner?
Yes. Gala Dinner seating is available for purchase by table. If you would like to reserve a table of eight (8) guests, please contact 15wcc@occ.ca for assistance with your booking.
What is the dress code?
Business attire is recommended for daytime Congress activities and the Welcome Reception. Cocktail attire is recommended for the Gala Dinner.
Payment, Changes & Cancellations
What payment methods are accepted?
Registration payments are accepted by credit card.
Bank transfer is available for purchases of CAD $10,000 or more. To pay by bank transfer, select Bank Transfer at checkout. An invoice containing our banking information will be included in your confirmation email and will also be available to download from your confirmation page. Once payment has been completed, please email 15wcc@occ.ca with your invoice number and payment confirmation.
Can I request a payment instalment plan?
Yes.
If you wish to pay across two fiscal years, please submit your instalment request in writing to 15wcc@occ.ca. Approved payment plans require the first instalment to be paid by December 31, 2026, and the second instalment by March 31, 2027.
Will I receive an invoice or a receipt?
Once you have completed your registration, your invoice or receipt will be available for download and will also be attached to your confirmation email.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to 15wcc@occ.ca and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds are subject to a CAD $150 administrative fee and the following schedule:
By July 2, 2027: 100% refund of the paid registration fee, less the CAD $150 administrative fee.
July 3 to August 1, 2027: 50% refund of the paid registration fee, less the CAD $150 administrative fee.
After August 1, 2027: No refund. Visa refusals will not be accepted as grounds for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after September 13, 2027.
Do you allow registration transfers?
Yes. Registration transfers requests must be submitted in writing to 15wcc@occ.ca no later than August 1, 2027.
Requests received after this date may not be accommodated.

How can I request accessibility services?
Accessibility services may be requested through the registration form. Please provide the relevant information when completing your registration so the 15WCC Organisers can review your requirements.
How do I submit dietary requirements?
Dietary requirements may be submitted through the registration form. Please provide complete and accurate information when registering to assist with event planning and accommodations.
Can I bring an accompanying person to the Congress?
All individuals attending the Congress must be registered and hold a valid ticket. If you wish to bring a spouse, partner, colleague, friend, or other guest, they must complete a separate registration and purchase the applicable ticket.
Accessibility support persons who are attending solely to provide assistance to a registered attendee with a disability or accessibility-related need are not considered accompanying persons. Please contact 15wcc@occ.ca in advance to discuss accessibility arrangements and support person requirements.
