Visa Requirements Are the Registrant's Responsibility

Confirming whether you require a visa to travel to Canada and obtaining the appropriate visa in a timely manner is the sole responsibility of the registrant.

Registration for the 15WCC does not guarantee or expedite the processing or approval of a visa application. The 15WCC organisers cannot interfere with or intervene in the visa application process on behalf of any registrant.

If you have questions about obtaining a visa or the visa application process, please contact your travel agent or a Canadian visa application centre.
