Exhibitor application form

Apply to an exhibitor at the 2026 Tapestry Conference on Friday, February 13, 2026. Each exhibitor will receive a 6'x6' booth space and a complimentary online booth that includes a customizable profile card and webpage. All attendees can visit the online exhibitor booths via their personal Tapestry Conference attendee portal.  

We are anticipating over 1,500 registrations for this hybrid event; participants will be attending workshops in-person and online.  Attendees will have access to the conference website (with your online information) from 5 days before the conference and for 3 months after the conference. Once your application is approved, you will have the ability to customize the information you want to share and promote on the online site.

Exhibitor applications accepted until January 30th or when sold out, whichever happens first.
