Refund and Cancellation Policies:

There are NO refunds. If you are no longer able to attend we would appreciate it if you let us know to allow another participant to take your seat.
No changes will be permitted after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Sunday, February 8, 2026.
No exceptions to the refund policy will be made.
In the case of inclimate weather, as many workshops as possible will be proceed online.

The Tapestry Conference reserves the right to cancel or change workshops with low enrolment. Participants will be notified about workshop cancellations or changes by the end of the day on February 2, 2026. Participants will be given 24 hours to change their workshops.

Registrant’s Responsibilities

The Tapestry Conference cannot be held responsible for ensuring that registration and communication emails reach the registrant. If you have not received your registration confirmation email or the conference communication email, please contact the registrar at exhibitors@gvta.net.
The registrant is responsible for ensuring they enter their personal contact information correctly.
The Tapestry Conference cannot be held responsible for an individual's ability to access and operate any computer applications including but not limited to email, the attendee conference website, Zoom, etc..
All participants are required to be respectful of all other participants. Any concerns should be directly addressed to the individual and not discussed in the chat or with other attendees.
