The newly renovated JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead is located at 3300 Lenox Rd NE in Atlanta, GA. The hotel connects to the Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza in Atlanta, providing easy access to a variety of fine dining and shopping experiences.  LEGO® Discovery Center Atlanta, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Atlanta History Center, Centennial Olympic Park, SkyView Ferris Wheel and more are also nearby.

The Lenox MARTA station can be found just steps from the Lenox Mall, Atlanta hotel, and offers direct access to the city's best attractions and is approximately a 30-minute ride from the Jackson Atlanta Airport Station.

The conference guestroom rate is $209 per night plus taxes and fees. The conference rate will be available from March 4-14, 2027 (subject to guestroom availability). Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.  The ARC-PA has reserved a limited block of rooms, so make your reservation early.

Early Departure Fee:
The hotel may charge attendees (as liquidated damages and not a penalty) one (1) night's room and tax fee as compensation for the harm caused to the hotel by unscheduled early departures.  An Early Departure Fee may be charged only if an attendee checks out of the hotel before the scheduled departure date without notifying the hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.

Registration and Payment

The registration fee is $2,000 and includes:

• Breakfast each day
• Lunch buffet on March 6
• Refreshment breaks
• Access to workshop materials and resources

Registration closes February 5.

Payment may be made by credit card, ACH transfer, or check and must be received by February 12. Registrations for which payment has not been received by the deadline will be canceled.

Cancellation Policy
1. Registrants who are unable to attend an event for any reason may substitute, by arrangement with ARC-PA, someone else from the same institution with no additional expense, if the substitution is at least 3 days before the event.

2. If a registrant is unable to attend an event and a substitution is not an option, the following refund arrangements will apply:
      a. Registrations canceled 30 days or more before the event will be refunded 100%.
      b. Registrations canceled 15 to 29 days before the event will be refunded 75%.
      c. Registrations canceled less than 15 days before the event will be refunded 50%.

3. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks after the event.
