Attendees are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the discounted registration fees by registering early.
Pre-Registration
Attendees are encouraged to register early to take advantage of great savings. To pre-register, complete the registration form, in full (including credit card payment information) and submit it through:

All mailed registrations must be received in the OVMA office no later than Jan. 20, 2025 to be processed as a pre-registration. Registrations received after this date will be treated as an on-site registration request.

On-Site Registration
Attendees can register on-site and are encouraged to bring their completed registration form to avoid line-ups. Prices remain at the “Regular” Rates as shown on all registration forms. On-site registration desk hours are:
Wednesday 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Thursday & Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday 7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard. Cheques cannot be accepted.
Exhibit Hall Passes
Entry to the Exhibit Hall is included with your conference registration. Registered conference attendees and accompanying family members may enter the Exhibit Hall at no additional cost. Veterinarians and veterinary practice personnel who are not registered for the conference can purchase an Exhibit Hall pass on site at a cost of:
OVMA Members: $100 per person per day (rate applies to staff of Clinic Membership practices)
OVMA Non-Members: $150 per person per day
Please be prepared to show identification verifying your employment at a veterinary hospital (or veterinary license in the case of veterinarians) to obtain a pass. Representatives from non-exhibiting companies will not be issued passes unless registered with an exhibiting company. This policy is in place to protect the interests of our exhibiting companies. Requests for passes made by a sponsoring company will not be unreasonably withheld.
General Information
Clinic Registrations (for veterinarian registrations only)
Your practice can send as many as three veterinarians to the conference at a reduced rate. One veterinarian per day may attend, and all must be a member of OVMA.
Each day of the conference, the registered veterinarian for that day must pick up their attendee kit at the pre-registration area.
Registration Confirmations
Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via e-mail. Ensure your e-mail is included on your registration form.
Cancellations and Refunds
A 90 per cent refund will be provided if you need to cancel your registration up to and including Dec. 16, 2024. Cancellations from Dec. 17 to Jan. 20, 2025 are subject to a 50 per cent refund. Registration cancellations made after Jan. 20, 2025 or “no-shows” will not be refunded.
