What is uPerForum Dallas?
uPerForum Dallas is an annual summit specifically for uPerform healthcare clients, focusing on the future of health IT education. The event aims to empower healthcare education leaders with tools and relationships to optimize training strategies, enhance user efficiency, and improve satisfaction through better health IT education and support.

When and where is the event taking place?
The event will be held from Tuesday, September 30th to Thursday, October 2nd, 2025, at The Adolphus Hotel in downtown Dallas, Texas. Please refer to the agenda for detailed information on the venue and schedule.
Conference Location
The event will be held at The Adolphus Hotel (1321 Commerce Street) in downtown Dallas.
Welcome Reception Location
Our welcome reception will be held across the street from The Adolphus Hotel at The Exchange Food Hall (211 S Akard Street) located in the AT&T Discovery District.
How do I register for the event?
Registration can be completed online through our official registration form here. The standard registration fee is $275, which covers access to all sessions and activities. Travel and hotel costs are additional.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes! Take advantage of our Early Bird Offer, where the registration fee is waived if you RSVP by June 30th, 2025.
Travel and Accommodation
How do I get to the venue?
Dallas is serviced by two major airports: Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL). When booking your trip, aim to arrive on Tuesday, September 30th, in time for our afternoon sessions starting at 1:00 PM or our Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM.
For transportation to The Adolphus Hotel, you can:
- Take the light rail directly from DFW or catch the DART shuttle (Route 005) from DAL to Inwood / Love Field Station.
- Use taxi services, Uber, or Lyft for direct rides from the airports to the hotel.

Are there recommended hotels nearby?
We recommend staying at The Adolphus Hotel where the event is being held.
Does the hotel offer a discounted rate?
We have negotiated a discounted rate of $279/night plus taxes and fees for attendees. You can book your stay at the uPerForum rate online here.
When should I book my room?
We recommend booking your room as soon as you register, as the discounted room block is subject to availability. The room block closes Friday, September 5th.
How long of a hotel stay would I need for the whole event?
Arrival
We recommend arriving in Dallas no later than Tuesday, September 30th in time to join our afternoon sessions starting at 1:00 PM, or our Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM.
Departure
We recommend checking out on Thursday, October 2nd, after activities conclude around Noon. We welcome you to stay longer to explore the Dallas/Fort Worth area if desired.

Is parking available at the venue?
Yes! We are currently gathering parking details from The Adolphus Hotel for local attendees. Additional information will be provided soon. Please check back for updates.
What’s New This Year?
Expanded Conference Duration
This year, uPerForum Dallas has been expanded to a three-day event, offering more sessions and activities to enhance learning, networking, and engagement opportunities.
Optional Afternoon Sessions on Tuesday
Yes! Tuesday now features several optional afternoon sessions that provide a deep dive into specialized topics. Spaces are limited, so advanced registration is required. Confirm your seat at one or more of these sessions when registering.

Revised Evening Activities
Based on feedback from last year’s post-event survey, we decided to forgo the dinner on Wednesday evening in favor of an optional happy hour (with heavy hors d'oeuvres) following our full conference day. This frees up time to allow our guests to venture out into the Dallas area if they prefer.
We will still be hosting our Welcome Reception on Tuesday, September 30th.

Thursday, October 2nd features Account Debrief Meetings and Peer-to-Peer pre-scheduled sessions. More information about how to sign up for these sessions will follow later this summer.
