LOCATION
The TDU 2027 Global Conference will take place at The Raleigh Marriott City Center in Downtown Raleigh, Tuesday, March 30 through Friday, April 2.
REGISTRATION
We encourage you to REGISTER and BOOK YOUR HOTEL right away if you plan to attend, as conference capacity is limited.
Registration Includes:
- All conferences sessions (pre-conference workshops are NOT included)
- Breakfast, lunch and breaks during the conference

Registration Cancellation
- 100% refund for cancellations made 60+ days before the event (January 30, 2027).
- 50% refund for cancellations made 31-59 days before the event (February 28, 2027).
- No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the event date.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS!
Study Abroad: 101 (Full-Day at $275)
A foundational introduction to Terra Dotta's Study Abroad platform. Covers core functionality for users who are new to the system or looking to build a stronger baseline understanding.
ISSS Next Gen: Back to Basics (Half-Day, Afternoon at $150)
A review of core ISSS Next Gen concepts and workflows designed for both new users and experienced users who want to solidify their foundation. Covers essential system navigation, key processes, and foundational functionality in the Next Gen platform.
Study Abroad: Open Doors Reporting (Half-Day, Afternoon at $150)
A hands-on workshop focused on gathering and preparing data for the annual Open Doors report using Terra Dotta's Study Abroad platform. Attendees will leave better equipped to complete and submit their Open Doors report accurately and efficiently. Some experience with the software is recommended.
HOTEL
We recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible, as once the block is full, room rates and availability will revert to standard rates. Our room block closes on Friday, February 26, 2027, but the rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis while they last!

Room Rate:
- Terra Dotta has a special rate of $245 per night (plus taxes/hotel fees)
- This rate is available until Friday, February 26, 2027, or until our block is sold out
- The nightly room rate will increase after 02/26/27 and is subject to availability
Hotel Payment & Cancellation
- Each Individual will be responsible for the sleeping room rates (including any tax) and incidental charges (e.g. room service, gift shop charges, in-room entertainment, etc.)
- If you would like to arrive earlier or extend your stay beyond the dates offered in our room block, please contact Haley at Haley@MeetingAdvantage.com. These requests cannot be completed through the registration system.
- At the time of reservation and at check-in, each guest is required to present a major credit card whose brand is accepted by the hotel. The Hotel may place a hold or process a prepayment in the amount of the estimated charges.
- The Marriott hotel has a 48-hour cancellation policy. To avoid fees, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
TRANSPORTATION
Airport: The closest airport is the Raleigh Durham International Airport.
Ground Transportation:
- The airport has taxi service and rental cars.
- Uber and Lyft both have good availability. The rate is approximately $35-$50 one way
- There is no hotel shuttle available for the Marriott hotel
- Parking at the Marriott hotel is available in their parking garage on first come first served basis
- Parking rates below are subject to change
- Valet Daily rate of $30.
- Self-parking $15 per day or overnight
- Additional public parking decks are located on Salisbury St. between W. Davie St. & W. Cabarrus St. Limited metered street parking available; however, there is a 2 hour maximum (fines/tickets will be issued by the City of Raleigh beyond the 2 hour maximum)
- Parking lots in downtown Raleigh are all privately owned and rates are posted.

Terms & Conditions: Please review our CODE OF CONDUCT prior to registration. Agreement to the Code of Conduct is required in order to attend.
Communications: Upon registration, your email address is added to Terra Dotta's Listserv for future updates and event information. You may unsubscribe by clicking “Manage Your Subscription” at the bottom of any email.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: The conference registration fee is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to the first day of the event (January 30, 2027). 50% of the registration fee is refundable up to 31 days prior to the first day of the event (February 28, 2027). No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the event date. Please contact Events Manager at Haley@MeetingAdvantage.com.
