He helped launch S/4HANA in 2015 and has spent 16 years in Solution Management and Go-to-Market for S/4 and SAP SuccessFactors. Steve holds an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Jabil's IT Director Cynthia Kendall, located at corporate headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida, recently led the extensive migration of Jabil's large commercial instance from ECC6 to S4. She has earned a reputation for delivering process optimization and bottom-line cost savings and now leads Jabil’s new Consulting/Advisory services program designed to help customers that are looking to move to S4. Outside of work, she serves as a mentor and big sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa. Lars Fasel is an accomplished SAP Technology Consultant with a 25+ years experience in the IT sector. Since 17 years he focussed on all aspects of SAP technology and specialized in the areas of performance tuning, globalization, downtime minimization and avoidance. In this capacity he developed a combined upgrade and Unicode conversion methodolygy using IMIG technology. After realizing how vulnerable SAP installations are, he achieved the ethical hacker certification and focussed on the technical aspects of security for all components of an SAP landscape. Part of this activity was the creation of a Python and PyQt5 based configuration validation solution, which is available on his github page.
