Introducing our Volunteer Exchange Program for the 2025 Out in Tech Leadership Institute!

We understand that the cost of attending conferences can be a barrier for many. To make our event more accessible, we’re offering a Volunteer Exchange Program. By contributing just four hours of your time during the conference, you can receive a full admission scholarship, granting you access to all sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities.

Volunteers are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

How It Works:

  • Volunteer Commitment: Complete a 4-hour volunteer shift during the conference.
  • In Exchange: Receive complimentary admission to the entire event.
  • Roles Include: Assisting with setup and breakdown, registration, guiding attendees, supporting workshop facilitators, and more.

Benefits:

  • Professional Development: Engage with industry leaders and enhance your skills.
  • Networking: Connect with fellow LGBTQ+ tech professionals.
  • Community Contribution: Play an active role in making the conference a success.

How to Apply:

Interested participants can apply by completing the Volunteer Exchange Program application form below. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with a final deadline of June 30.
