Q: What does registration include?
A: Registration provides access to all keynotes, workshops, panels, and networking events throughout the two days of the conference.
Q: I'd like to attend - how do I convince my boss to give me the time off and cover my expenses?
A: We have Convince My Boss collateral explaining the ROI, and the tools and support you'll receive on the road to becoming a more capable leader.
Q: Are there discounts available?
A: Yes, we offer an Early Bird discount for those who register before April 30. We waive the registration fee through our Volunteer Exchange Program.
Q: Can I transfer my ticket if I can’t attend?
A: Yes, tickets are transferable. Please email chibbi@outintech.com with the new attendee’s information no later than September 1.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Refunds are available until September 1. After this date, we cannot process refunds, but you may transfer your ticket to another attendee.
Q: Is there financial assistance available?
A: Yes, through our Volunteer Exchange Program, attendees can volunteer to work the event in exchange for free admission. Learn more here.
Q: What safety measures will be in place for in-person attendance?
A: The health and safety of our attendees are our top priorities. We will follow all local health guidelines and provide updates closer to the event.
Q: Will there be virtual attendance options?
A: Unfortunately we will not be able to offer a virtual option this year.
Q: What should I bring to the event?
A: Bring a notebook, business cards, and your enthusiasm for learning and connecting! More detailed event information will be sent to all registrants before the conference.

Q: Will food be provided at the conference?
A: A light lunch will be provided on both days of the conference, as well as coffee, drinks and snacks. Attendees are responsible for their own breakfast and dinner.
Q: Can I register on-site?
A: On-site registration may be available if the event isn’t sold out. However, we recommend registering early to secure your spot.
