Where is Momentum 2025?

Momentum 2025 will take place at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler in Whistler, BC.

Is there a special rate available at the conference hotel?

Yes. We've secured an exclusive rate at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Be sure to book by September 12, 2025 to secure the exclusive rate. If you reserve a hotel room but won't be able to attend Momentum, please ensure you review and understand the applicable cancellation policies and timelines on the hotel's website.

I'm interested in speaking at Momentum 2025. How do I submit a speaker proposal?

The deadline to submit speaker proposals has closed. Please subscribe to the Momentum mailing list to stay up to date on future speaking opportunities.

What should I do if I have questions about registration?

I can no longer attend the event. Can I get a refund for my ticket?

We understand that life happens and plans change. To receive a refund, please send your cancellation request to events@central1.com as early as you're able to.

I can no longer attend the event. Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?

Yes! Registration transfers are possible. Please send the full name, job title, and email address of the person you're transferring the registration to, over to our team at events@central1.com as early as you're able to.

Will Central 1 be taking photos of attendees and/or recording portions of the event?

Yes. Central 1 will take photos of attendees throughout the event and video during select portions of the conference agenda. The photos and video footage are for Central 1's use only, and may appear on our website, event materials, and our social channels. This also includes photos uploaded in the event's mobile app. Under your attendance, you agree to the usage of your likeness in such media.

Will my contact information be shared?

Central 1 will collect your name, title, and business email address ("Business Contact Information") during registration for Momentum 2025. The Business Contact Information collected will be shared with select Sponsors of the event only. These Sponsors are organizations active in the financial services community who have kindly contributed to Momentum 2025. The Sponsors may use the Business Contact Information to contact attendees with relevant marketing announcements, special offers, networking events and other promotional content relevant to the financial services industry. Sponsors agree not to use or disclose the Business Contact Information for any other reason.
