HOW CAN I VIEW THE ITEMS?
The tabs at the top of the website page have images and descriptions of all offerings. Images are only avalible in these tabs and not in the order form, please be sure to check them out before proceeding.
HOW WILL I RECIEVE MY ONLINE ORDER?
To pick up your online order, visit the USGBC merch hub, located across from Registration before 12 pm on Thursday July 30th. All items not picked up by this time will be refunded and made avaliable to purchase by all attendees.
WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER TO ME?
No, all orders are pickup only at USGBC's 66th Annual Board of Delegates Meeting in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Please be sure to pack room in your suitcase to travel home with your items.
I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, HOW DO I PAY?
- Select the white “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button at the bottom of the page
- Enter the email for whomever should receive the receipt for the payment and select the blue "Continue to Payment" button
- You will then be taken to a page to enter the card information and complete payment for registration.
HOW TO ORDER FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON
If you are ordering for a group, then you should make your inital selection in the TICKETS tab. Once you have moved to the PAYMENT & CHECKOUT tab there is an option at the bottom of the page to

- Begin by ordering for yourself (the inital order)
- Choose your desired merchandise
- When you proceed to checkout, you’ll have the option to "ADD ANOTHER PARTICIPANT" at the bottom of the page. This will allow you to place orders for multipule people and pay together

I CANNOT ATTEND THE MEETING AND AM UNABLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER, WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Any items left unclaimed by Thursday, 12 pm CT will be fully refunded.
WHY DOES IT SAY "REGISTRATION" in some places?
We used our meetings online platform to host this website as these items are exclusively avaliable to attendees of the 66th Annual Board of Delegates Meeting. Our wish is that the familiarity with the platform will allow for an easy checkout process.
