Custom Travel Plans: Anyone wishing to add other special travel plans before or after the set seven-night MCAO Conference.

Connecting Flights to Toronto or Montreal: If you require a connecting flight from your local airport to connect with the MCAO flight to Cancun.

Upgrade Seats (subject to availability): Seat requests/upgrades are subject to availability.

Travel/Medical Insurance: Travel/Medical Insurance is not included in our conference fee.

Terms & Conditions: by attending or registering for our conference, delegates, guests, and sponsors agree to permit our photographer and staff to take photos and share them with you during the conference. These images will be produced strictly for advertising purposes to be included on the MCAO website, MCAO newsletters and shared after the conference.
