As part of our Annual Regional Climate Summit Series 2023, the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA) looks forward to welcoming delegates to our flagship Latin America Climate Summit (LACS) 2023, taking place 27-29 June at the Sortis Hotel Conference Center in Panama City, Panama.
LACS 2023 is the premier gathering of carbon market practitioners, experts, and governments from across the Latin America and Caribbean region. Join hundreds of colleagues and climate leaders from the region to gain insights into the growing carbon pricing landscape in LAC, market trends, and relevant policy and regulatory developments. Organized by IETA, in collaboration with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the International Carbon Action Partnership (ICAP), LACS 2023 is an in-person event with select sessions available in a hybrid format for virtual participation. The program features high-level plenaries, inspirational keynotes, cross-cutting deep dives, interactive side events, and valuable networking opportunities to foster meaningful connections.
