Welcome to the 2026 Iowa Recycling and Solid Waste Management Conference!

We are excited to host the conference in Davenport, Iowa, from October 5-7. Registration is now open! Be sure to look over the tours carefully, and don't forget to sign up for the Monday night event.

Have Questions? 

This year's conference will have 3 roundtable sessions (Education, Compost, and Safety and Operations) along with a DNR Update. You can submit questions ahead of time and anonymously for the presenters, so your topic will be addressed. 

Want to See More of Scott County?

Before you leave town on Wednesday, take a tour of the Waste Commission of Scott County. Tours will be available Wednesday, October 7, from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. Register here for a tour of either the Recycling Campus or the Compost Facility. Spaces are limited, and participants are responsible for providing their own transportation.
