  • Ignite: North America is a two‑day, in‑person experience designed to deliver focused learning, meaningful connection, and practical insight - without requiring a full week away from daily work.

  • Registration includes access to all Ignite sessions, networking opportunities, and scheduled meals and event activities. 

How much does Ignite: North America cost?

Ignite offers tiered pricing based on registration date:

  • Early Bird: $350 — through June 30
  • Standard: $450 — July 1 to September 1
  • Last Chance: $550 — September 2 to 30

Pricing is subject to availability and may change once each tier closes.

Is my travel covered by Intelex?

  • No; please arrange your own airfare and transportation to the hotel venue.

Should I bring a laptop for any training sessions?

  • Yes, you will need your laptop and complimentary WiFi will be provided. Don't forget your power adapter.

Is Ignite: North America an annual conference?

  • No. Ignite is a focused, purpose‑driven event for Intelex customers and is not positioned as an annual conference.

Will there be opportunities to connect with Intelex experts?

  • Yes, absolutely. Throughout the two‑day experience, attendees will have opportunities to connect with Intelex experts, product specialists, and peers for real‑world guidance, discussion, and shared learning.

Cancelation Policy

  • The hotel cancelation policy allows for cancelations 48 hours prior to 11:59 pm local time the day of arrival or 1 night fee/credit card req.

Note: User Conference registration fees are non-refundable but are transferrable up until September 30, 2026. Please to Event Terms & Conditions.

Access and Security

  • Access to the conference will be strictly controlled and granted to badge holders only.
  • In addition, we will use scanning technology to record attendance at sessions. Sponsors may also request to scan your badge, to record your interest and provide you with more information about their products and services.

Dress Code

  • Business casual attire. Please ensure you are comfortable for a full day.

Meals

  • From breakfast to the awards dinner - all food and drinks will be included in your registration. Please note any dietary restrictions in your registration and we will be sure to accomodate your request.
