Where is GTF 2026 hosted?

The event is a 2-day event hosted in Chico, CA . Day 1 will take place at the Sierra Nevada Big Room.

Day 2 will take place in various venues Downtown Chico.

 

What is included in my GTF Pass?

Attendees have a choice of a 2-Day or 1-Day Pass. Lunch and networking events are included both days.

 

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

While there are no cancellations or refunds, we do accept ticket transfers to another individual.

 

Ticket Transfers

Attendees may transfer their registration to another individual by accessing the attendee registration portal, go to “My Orders” and edit attendee details.

What are my lodging options?

TBD We have secured a small block of rooms for October 7th, 8th and 9th.

Are there student discounts?

Yes, students are free with a valid student email address. This ticket type is limited, and may be also limited to entry to certain GTF events.

 

What is the dress code?

We recommend business casual or whatever makes attendees comfortable while still looking polished for making first impressions.

   

How does my startup participate in the Startup Showcase?

Startups looking to pitch at the GTF Startup Showcase can apply directly through the GrowTECH FEST event page July 1st through July 31st.

 

What does parking look like?

Free, on-site parking is available on Day 1. Street parking is available on Day 2 and may be metered.

Is there an Official GTF Event App?

Yes! We use EventMobi to host the schedule, speaker bios, venue maps, and networking tools and more!

You will receive an invitation link via email to download the app and set up your profile approximately one week before the conference begins.
