Attendees are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the discounted registration fees by registering early. 

Pre-Registration

Attendees are encouraged to register early to take advantage of great savings. To pre-register, complete the registration form, in full (including credit card payment information) and submit it through:

Any registrations received after June 8, 2026 will be treated as an on-site registration request.

 

Conference Pricing

 

On-Site Registration

Attendees can register on-site and are encouraged to bring their completed registration form to avoid line-ups. Prices remain at the “Regular” Rates as shown on all registration forms. On-site registration desk hours are:

Wednesday              4 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Thursday & Friday  7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard. Cheques and cash cannot be accepted.

 

 

General Information

Registration Confirmations 

Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via e-mail. Ensure your e-mail is included on your registration form. 

 

Cancellations and Refunds 

A 90% refund will be provided if you need to cancel your registration up to and including May 14, 2026. 
Cancellations from May 15 to June 8, 2026 are subject to a 50% refund. 
Registration cancellations made after June 8, 2026 or “no-shows” will not be refunded.
