Attendees are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the discounted registration fees by registering early. 

Pre-Registration

Attendees are encouraged to register early to take advantage of great savings. To pre-register, complete the registration form, in full (including credit card payment information) and submit it through:

Any registrations received after June 9, 2025 will be treated as an on-site registration request.

 

Conference Pricing

 

On-Site Registration

Attendees can register on-site and are encouraged to bring their completed registration form to avoid line-ups. Prices remain at the “Regular” Rates as shown on all registration forms. On-site registration desk hours are:

Wednesday              4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Thursday & Friday  7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard. Cheques and cash cannot be accepted.

 

 

General Information

Registration Confirmations 

Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via e-mail. Ensure your e-mail is included on your registration form. 

Cancellations and Refunds

A 90 per cent refund will be provided if you need to cancel your registration up to and including May 15, 2025. Cancellations from May 16 to June 9, 2025 are subject to a 50 per cent refund. Registration cancellations made after June 9, 2025 or “no-shows” will not be refunded.

OVMA Registration Policy/Disclaimer

To register for the OVMA conference, attendees must be licensed veterinarians or employed at an accredited veterinary practice.

Non-DVMs not working at a veterinary clinic are considered Service Providers and can only access the event as representatives of registered exhibiting companies. This policy ensures fair access for companies that have invested in attending.
