- Enter the email for whomever should receive the receipt for the payment and select the blue "Continue to Payment" button
- You will then be taken to a page to enter the card information and complete payment for registration.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Business attire is appropriate for the conference. For the off-site networking event on Friday evening, casual attire is appropriate. In Seattle, the average high temperature for October is 61°F (16°C) with an average low of 46°F (8°C).
WHAT MEALS ARE INCLUDED WITH REGISTRATION?
Your conference registration includes the following meals:
- Friday: Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner at the evening Closing Event
- Saturday: Breakfast and Lunch
We strive to accommodate dietary needs, so please be sure to indicate any restrictions during registration.
IS TRANSLATION AVAILABLE?
Remote translation services are available for all the general sessions and can be accessed via the conference’s translation app. The app is compatible and downloadable for all Apple and Android mobile devices.
WHERE IS THE ATTENDEE LIST?
The attendee list will be available to all conference participants one week prior to the beginning of ExEx. This timeline is in line with previous conferences and with us finalizing some travel plans for our attendees.
IS PRIVATE MEETING SPACE AVAILABLE?
Private meeting rooms will be available for side meetings & private consultations for the entirety of the conference. This space is meant for bilateral & multilateral discussions between policymakers, trade teams, and industry partners. These spaces will be open for all attendees to book. More information on reserving space will be made available prior to the conference.
WILL RECORDING AND SLIDES BE AVAILABLE?
The speaker presentations will be available in the translated languages as well as English. Unfortunately, the sessions will not be recorded or livestreamed. We encourage you to be fully present and take in as much of the conference as possible.
