An experienced IT professional, Bülent has played a key role in the company's most challenging projects during his 14 years at Nintendo as a software and database developer. As part of the SAP implementation project, he led the data migration and master data management team. Since 2018, he has been working as a Senior SAP Basis Specialist in the SAP Architecture and Technology team.

Alessandro Banzer has worked in the field of IT since 2004, specializing in SAP in 2009. Since then, he has taken on various roles in global SAP projects, gaining extensive experience and expertise. As the CEO of Xiting Americas, Alessandro oversees operations globally and serves as a subject matter expert in SAP Access Control (GRC), SAP Cloud IAG, and SAP Security. Pieter-Jan Deraedt is a SAP Architect mainly focussed on SAP Cloud solutions. Today he runs a Belgian consulting company Amista, where SAP BTP is key pillar in their offering.

Daniel has been working with SAP Integration since the XI3.0 was brand new. He is currently working on how to improve the SAP Integration processes.

Rohana Gunawardena heads the SAP practice division at Exium Inc. Exium is a leading business and technology consulting firm that enables companies to achieve their strategic business goals. Heiko started working with SAP software in 1994. Heiko serves as a subject matter expert for Financial Accounting, System Upgrades/Transformations, Compliance, Process Discovery/Mining, ESG and Solution Documentation with SAP Solution Manager. Heiko is responsible for the collaboration with SAP and the roll out of SAP TRAC (Total ROI Analysis Campaign) and SAP STAR (System Transformation via Alignment and Reassessment). TRAC is part of SAP’s MOVE program to implement S/4HANA systems more efficiently and faster. He also works with the Customer Evolution Team at SAP. Heiko was part of the original SAP Solution Manager development team and supports customers and partners jumpstarting Solution Documentation since 2005 to enable Impact Analysis, Monitoring and Testing among other ALM tasks. Heiko earned his PhD in Business Administration in 2003 and is a regular speaker at SAP events in the US and Europe. Prior to joining IBIS America, Heiko worked 10 years for IBIS Prof Thome AG in Wuerzburg, Germany and was directly involved with the development of RBE Plus, Solution Manager, ByD and other offerings of IBIS and its partners. Since 2004, Heiko has actively supported the rollout of RBE Plus and SAP Solution Manager with focus on customers in the US and Canada.

Tamás leads STA Technologies since 2015. Having an ABAP developer background, he always turned ideas to products that solved SAP-related issues he experienced at various companies. A big fan of automation and using technology to make operating SAP systems simpler.

Michael Hossain is the ERP Manager at ANDO Group, where he spearheads the integration and optimization of enterprise resource planning systems. With over a decade of experience as an implementation consultant and operational manager in professional services companies, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of driving operational excellence through innovative ERP solutions. He started his journey as SAP CRM ABAP developer in 2013 and made his way through various SAP cloud solutions like SAP Sales & Service Cloud(C4C), SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Cloud etc. In his last role, he was working as SAP BTP Architect for Automated Integrated Provisioning of SAP S/4HANA Cloud at SAP SE, Walldorf. In his present role at Henkel, he is working as Development lead for SAP Sales Cloud rollout. He is based out of Düsseldorf, Germany.

Mae Wang has been working with SAP FI/CO/SD for around 16 years in pharma and shipping industries. She is the senior IT solution architect in Lundbeck for finance application. During the past 10 years in Lundbeck, she has been working with SAP Roll-out worldwide, implementation of product costing, cash management, eDoc, etc. The most recent project is S/4 conversion where Lundbeck has just gone live with a brown field conversion.

Katja joined SAP in 1999 as a working student. Today she holds the role of VP UX Engineering, S/4HANA and as a Chief Product Owner Katja is responsible for engineering, strategy, and customer support for the SAP UX Engineering product portfolio.
