OLG’s purpose is to contribute to a better Ontario, and that includes a commitment to the highest standards of Responsible Gambling (RG) and player health as a cornerstone of its business. OLG puts that commitment into action through its award-winning RG program, PlaySmart, which helps to explain how gambling works, offers tools and resources to promote positive play habits, and connects players with the right support services. PlaySmart offers a range of gambling education and player support content, aiming to provide the right resources to the right player at the right time. A critical part of this work is our partnership with the RGCO to deliver PlaySmart Centre programming at every Ontario Casino and Charitable Gaming Centre, and offer important knowledge-sharing events like the Discovery Conference.
