    Chad Rintoul is the Chief Executive Officer of the British Columbia Notaries Association, the organization which represents the interests of Notary Publics from across British Columbia.

    Chad is a graduate of the University of Windsor, and the University of Western Ontario. He was previously the Chief Administrative Officer of the Association of BC Land Surveyors, the regulator governing the practice of Land Surveying in British Columbia. He has served on the Victoria Airport Authority Board of Directors from 2007 – 2013, where he was Chairman of Planning and Development, and from 2013 – 2018 as a Board member and President of the Peninsula Minor Hockey Association, and Director of the Vancouver Island Amateur Hockey Association.

    In addition to his role with the BCNA, Chad is elected to municipal Council for the Town of Sidney, and a member of the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia Stakeholder Advisory Committee. He also volunteers as a member of the Appeal Committee for BC Hockey.

    Daniel Boisvert was born and raised in South Delta. He graduated from Delta Secondary in 1991 and pursued a Marketing and Finance Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

    Daniel returned to school and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce for Royal Roads University in Victoria. He held various sales, management and banking positions, including one as Certified Financial Planner, before embarking on his journey to become a Notary Public through the University of British Columbia.

    Daniel was commissioned as Notary Public in 2008 receiving both the Robert Reid award in Property Law and the BDO Dunwoody Award for achieving the most consistent high marks in both the course material and statutory examinations.

    Daniel is a past Director of the Society of Notaries Public and was elected to serve three terms. In 2019, he left the Board of the Society to head up a new advocacy organization for BC Notaries, the BC Notaries Association. He is currently the President of the newly formed Board.

    In November of 2018, during the municipal elections, Daniel was elected to the Delta Board of Education. He currently holds the position of Vice Chair of the Board.

    When not in his office Daniel can be found golfing, curling or cycling.
