ABOUT THE BCNA STUDENT CAREER FAIR 2023
We would like to formally invite you to participate in this year’s Virtual Student Career Fair, due to be held on the 11th February 2023, 10.00AM – 12.00PM via zoom.
The Annual Student Notary Career Fair connects Student Notaries looking for employment, and current Notaries looking for staff or looking to sell their practices. It is also an excellent opportunity to meet the current cohorts of Notary students and introduce them to a portion of our current membership of Practicing Notaries.
How it will work on the day? We will be running 2 sessions each of which will last 45 mins each. Please see the AGENDA for details on each session.
After you complete registration you will receive a ZOOM link 24hrs before the event takes place. If you have any issues and do not receive the zoom link, please email Trista Zamany - tzamany@bcnotaryassociation.ca or/ Nicola Fossett - nfossett@bcnotaryassociation.ca who will be able to assist.

Please note: For STUDENT NOTARIES registering for this event, as part of the registration process you will select one or more of the following options.
- I would like to Partner with a Practicing Notary
- I would like become a Staff Notary
- I would like to open my own Practice
All Student Notaries will be given up to 2 minutes to introduce themselves to those in attendance.
After you have selected the options that apply to you, you will then be given the following option; to have your contact information and selections advertised on the BCNA Notice Board, featured on the BCNA Members Website. Please note your information will not be private and be visible to the all of the BCNA Membership. Prospective Practicing Notaries will be able to view this and reach out to you in advance of the day.
Please note, all Student Notaries have complimentary BCNA Membership.
Please note: For PRACTICING NOTARIES registering for this event, as part of the registration process you will select one or more of the following options.
- I would like to Partner with a New Notary
- I would like to hire a Staff Notary
- I would like to Sell my Practice now or in the future
IMPORTANT: Practicing Notaries will also be given the option to present on the day what they are looking for during PART 2, CLASSIFIEDS session. Practicing Notaries will be given up to 2 mins to speak to the wider group and advertise what they are looking for.
After you have selected the options that apply to you, you will also be asked if you would like to have your contact information and selections advertised on the BCNA Notice Board, featured on the BCNA Members Website. Prospective Notary Students will be able to view this and reach out to you in advance of the day.
