I consent to my email address being shared with other event attendees for networking purposes.

I understand that full payment is due and must be received by June 5, 2026.  Registration is confirmed upon timely receipt of payment.

I understand that photographs and/or video may be taken during the event. I give permission for my image to be used by the ARC-PA in promotional or educational materials, including print, digital, and social media formats.

1. Registrants who are unable to attend an event for any reason may substitute, by arrangement with ARC-PA, someone else from the same institution with no additional expense, if the substitution is at least 3 days before the event.

2. If a registrant is unable to attend an event and a substitution is not an option, the following refund arrangements will apply:
a. Registrations canceled 30 days or more before the event will be refunded 100%.
b. Registrations canceled 15 to 29 days before the event will be refunded 75%.
c. Registrations canceled less than 15 days before the event will be refunded 50%.

3. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks after the event.
