What to Wear  - Attire is business casual. We do recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary. Our Welcome Reception and Closing Reception are indoors. Both are business casual as well.

Getting There - Convene is just 10 minutes from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and 25 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport. The best transportation option from the airport is a cab or rideshare. Driving directions are available here.

Parking  - The nearest parking garage can be found at 1800 N. Lynn St, Arlington, VA 22209. Leadership Forum attendees can also visit this link to check real time availability for the lots located in the 22209 zip code. 

Nearest Metro Station - The Rosslyn Metro station is a 3-4 minute walk to 1201 Wilson Blvd. It serves the Silver, Blue, and Orange line. Exit the Metro onto Moore Street, walk South towards Wilson Blvd. Once on Wilson Blvd, the main entrance will be on the left after Compass Coffee. 

Hotel Information - Attendees who reserved a room through our room block should have recieved a confirmation from the Hyatt Centric Arlington directly confirming the nights of your stay. Check-in time at the Hyatt Centric is after 4:00 PM. Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Please reach out to Julieta Romero for additional assistance. 

Leadership Forum Registration - Convene 1201 Wilson Blvd is located atop the tallest building in Arlington, VA. Upon arrival, attendees will check in at the front desk and security will provide access to the elevator that leads you to the 30th floor. Leadership Forum registration is located to the right of the elevators starting on Dec. 9th at 12:00pm.

December 9th - The Forum will start promptly at 1:30pm on Tuesday, December 9 in the Arlington Forum. After checking in, you will be directed to the opening sessions. An opening networking happy hour will follow at the East and South Gallery. 

December 10th – On December 10, breakfast will be available at the East and South Gallery from 8:30am - 9:00am. Forum panels and keynotes will begin at 9:00am and wrap at 4:30pm. Our joint networking happy hour will start at 6:00pm at the Spire in Washington, D.C., light hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served.
