Terms and Conditions:

Registrations will be processed upon completion of the online form. Once you submit your online registration, your registration is confirmed, and payment charges will apply. Payment is accepted via credit card only. Please note, payment charges apply to all registrations, including no shows or last-minute withdrawals. All fees are in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule, refuse admission, or change speakers, location, or content at any time.

Cancellation Requests:

  • All cancellation requests must be emailed to education (education@pogo.ca).
  • A $50.00 administrative processing fee will apply to all cancellations. 
  • Cancellations after Friday, April 24, 2026, are non-refundable.
  • Please note that we are unable to provide partial or full refunds for cancellations due to illness or extenuating circumstances after the April 24, 2026 deadline has passed.
  • Refunds will be processed after the POGO AfterCare Education Day.

Substitution Policy:

  • Substitution of registrants is permitted up until Friday, April 24, 2026. We do not offer a cancellation option after this date.
  • Substitutions are permitted at no charge until April 24, 2026. After this date, a $50 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations.  If you wish to transfer your registration to another individual, please email education (education@pogo.ca) with the name and email address of the individual you wish to transfer your registration to.
