Are You Bringing A Guest? (OD/Practice Owners ONLY) As a doctor and/or practice owner, you are welcome to bring your spouse/signficant other with you. All guests are invited to attend the following Eat. Drink. Connect. opportunities: 1. Welcome Event: PECAA Kick-Off In The Partner Pavilion 2. Happy Hour in The Partner Pavilion 3. Member Appreciation Event. We ask that guests do not attend other activities/sessions outside of the above list, including conference meals.

Please note: This refers to your personal spouse or signifcant other, not a business partner in your practice. If your practice has a PECAA membership, they already have full access to the conference as part of their membership and do not need to register as a guest.
Data sharing consent By attending the 2026 PECAA Annual Meeting, you are entering areas where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with PECAA and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
Opening General Session: Let The Games Begin! We’re elevating the Opening General Session with an exciting, interactive twist! Get ready for a high-energy Game Show & Trivia Extravaganza — The Triple P Showdown — designed to engage, entertain and spotlight PECAA’s Premier Vendor Partners.

Please indicate below if you would like to be considered as a particpant on stage with one of our Premier Partner teams. Indicating interest does not guarantee you’ll be selected, but if chosen, you’ll have the opportunity to join a Premier Vendor Partner on stage and take part in the competition.

Whether or not you’re selected to participate on stage, we are asking all registrants to please answer two quick questions to help shape this experience. Thank you for being part of the fun!

Each course is marked with a letter symbol to help you identify its focus. You can stick with one path or mix and match across all directions to create a personalized experience.

Here’s what the letters mean:

(N) North: Navigate the Future – Leadership & Clinical Direction
(S) South: Strengthen the Practice – Business & Operations
(E) East: Empower the Team – Training & Continuing Education
(W) West: Wow the Patient – Patient Experience & Sales
