Welcome to Registration For The 2026 PECAA Annual Meeting
Get ready to join us for an unforgettable experience at the 2026 PECAA Annual Meeting in beautiful San Diego, California, from Sunday, May 17 – Tuesday, May 19. This is your opportunity to connect, learn and celebrate with peers along the beautiful California coastline!
Important Registration Details
- Staff Limit: Each attending doctor may register up to 5 staff members.
- Individual Registrations Require Unique Emails: Each team member must register using a unique email address that they can access at the event and use to log into the event app, which will be released in May (detailed instructions will be provided). Group registrations are not accepted.
- Guest Limit: Each attending doctor may bring 1 guest (spouse/signficant other, not practice staff, as you can register them for free) for a $350 fee (covers evening event meals).
- Membership & Job Title Selection:
- Select PECAA Max Member if your practice is a PECAA Max practice. Then, select the appropriate job title: OD, Practice Owner (Non-OD) or Practice Staff Member.
- Select PECAA Regional Leader if you are currently in this role. Your job title will auto fill.
- Select PECAA Propel Member if you are a student. Your job title will auto fill.
- Select PECAA Vendor Partner if you are a vendor. Select Premier Vendor Partner for your job title if you are with Advancing Eyecare, CooperVision, EssilorLuxottica, HOYA, Johnson & Johnson Vision, Safilo, VSP Vision or ZEISS. All other Vendor Partners will select Vendor Partner for their job title.
- Select Annual Meeting Speaker if you are presenting at the Annual Meeting. Your job title will auto fill.
- Secure Your Stay Through Our Exclusive Room Block: Take advantage of PECAA’s special room block for the 2026 Annual Meeting! You can access the booking link here. Booking within PECAA’s room block ensures we can continue to offer free registration, education and entertainment for all members. Be sure to book early, as spots fill quickly. The deadline to book is Wednesday, April 22.
- Cancellation & No Show Policy: Cancellations must be submitted by March 15 to avoid a $350 cancellation fee (per person).
