In 2017, Bob was appointed by Governor Doug Ducey to the Arizona Governor’s Advisory Council on Aging, becoming the first home care agency owner to serve on the Council in its 40 year history. 

Chad Ainsworth is the Chief Administrative Officer and CFO at SYNERGY HomeCare.  He is responsible for overseeing business operations including finance, human resources, information technology and franchise platform support. Previously, he served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Mobile Mini Inc. In that role, he oversaw the global accounting operations of the business, including treasury management, financial reporting, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Christopher Tapia serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Allpro Homecare, a home care agency primarily serving elderly and disabled veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Christopher has been employed with Allpro since 2014, and during his tenure the company has seen growth from one location to 43 different locations spanning 30 different states across the U.S. Prior to his experience with Allpro, Christopher was employed as an attorney for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, where he provided legal counsel and contract oversight for retiree health care. He has a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky, and a law degree from Northern Kentucky University, Chase College of Law.

Sara Wilson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Home Assist Health, where she has led the organization for more than a decade. With over 20 years of experience in home- and community-based care, she is a passionate advocate for seniors and individuals with disabilities and complex health needs. Sara is recognized for her innovative, person-centered leadership that promotes self-determination and independence.

Under her guidance, Home Assist Health has grown into one of the most innovative home care agencies in the Southwest, driven by cross-sector partnerships with organizations such as Valleywise Health, CVS Health Foundation, Advance Communities, Arizona State University, and local public school districts. Born in Nebraska and raised in Arizona, Sara blends Midwestern roots with a Southwestern perspective, remaining deeply committed to strengthening home-based care in her community.

In 2018, after a successful 30-year corporate career, Tina decided that she wanted to give back in a more meaningful way.  She started her Corporate Career as a Computer Program Engineer and ended as a Program Manager working on business transformation projects. She held multiple positions throughout organizations including IT, HR, Marketing and Finance.  In short, she is a change agent who does not accept status quo and loves a good challenge “to make things better”. 

She believes that homecare is the industry where she can make a difference and contribute in a more meaningful way.  The opportunity to purchase a Visiting Angels franchise presented itself in 2019 and she walked through the door to become a business owner and loves what she gets to do every day.  As a change agent, Tina has approached homecare in the same way she always has, by challenging the status quo to create optimized processes, clear policies, efficient technology stack, and hiring competent people so that clients and employees have an excellent experience.
