Elizabeth Osbourne

Elizabeth Osborne, who will moderate the "Conquering the Uncomfortable" panel, is an operations and IT leader based in the greater Chicago area with deep experience in Credit Union and banking. She's held roles including COO for a Credit Union and CIO in Community Banking and M&A Integration for a regional bank, earning recognition on American Banker's "Most Powerful Women in Credit Unions" list in 2023 and 2024.

She currently serves as Senior Managing Director of Operations for Credit Union Solutions at Jack Henry, overseeing core business operations, client support, and cloud management, with a track record of driving innovation through FinTech partnerships and CUSO board service.

Elizabeth holds an MBA in Finance from Endicott College, a BS in Leadership from Northeastern University, a CCE designation from CUES, and a DEI Certificate from Cornell University.
