Please note that the first 550 Delegates registered will be provided access to our online event app! This app will launch before our event opening and include a trade show map, session listing information (presentation titles, ability to upload your own profile to network with others, presenter names and bios, documents available for download...and more)!

Those who are late to register (ie Delegate #551 and onwards) will not be provided access to this app and will need to refer to the printed guide and event screens at the show.

Delegate Cancellation Policy *

Prior to and including March 20, 2026, any Delegate pass cancellation will be assessed a $75 CDN administrative fee. There will be no refunds for canceled registrations after March 20, 2026 unless The Kamloops Exploration Group is forced to alter max capacity or cancel event due to causes beyond its control.

Should the Kamloops Exploration Group be forced to alter max capacity or cancel the event due to causes beyond its control, Delegates will be contacted in sequential order based on time of booking and asked whether they wish to keep or release their registration.

Delegates will be contacted by the Kamloops Exploration Group until the set max capacity number has been reached by those wishing to keep their registration. After max capacity has been fulfilled, registrations slated for release and all remaining registrations will be cancelled and funds returned with the exception of a $75CDN administrative fee.

The information you have provided is necessary to organize the event you will be attending, to generate invoices, to confirm your registration by e-mail, to create your badge, and to allow you to modify your registration. This data may also be processed by the organizer upon its legitimate interest: to promote its activities by informing you about them, to show you offers from partners and sponsors regarding this event, to obtain analytics about this event, to ensure a satisfactory networking by showing your name and company name on the list of attendees. Extreme Allergies/Dietary Intolerances

Please note all food served during coffee breaks (included within Delegate Pass fees), and food served during the Banquet (separate PAID ticket event) will be buffet-style. Please note, if you are an exhibitor and have purchased a boxed lunch, these will be created individually, however, contain the same items as all others. If you have any extreme allergies or dietary intolerances we should advise the kitchen upon, please note them here. You are at your own risk eating the provided food.
