Today, the KEG Conference has grown to include numerous individuals and businesses and continues to provide an informative and networking-based platform connecting prospectors, geologists, suppliers, manufacturers, and investors alike. *Please note that the annual Delegate Hockey Game and Short Course will not be part of the KEG 2026 program. A Delegate Field Trip on Monday, April 13, is currently being explored, with additional details expected to be announced by mid-March.

Event Cancellation Policies

DELEGATE CANCELLATION POLICY:

Prior to and including March 20, 2026, any Delegate pass cancellation will be assessed a $75 CDN administrative fee. There will be no refunds for canceled registrations after March 20, 2026 unless The Kamloops Exploration Group is forced to alter max capacity or cancel event due to causes beyond its control.

Should the Kamloops Exploration Group be forced to alter max capacity or cancel the event due to causes beyond its control, Delegates will be contacted in sequential order based on time of booking and asked whether they wish to keep or release their registration.

Delegates will be contacted by the Kamloops Exploration Group until the set max capacity number has been reached by those wishing to keep their registration. After max capacity has been fulfilled, registrations slated for release and all remaining registrations will be cancelled and funds returned with the exception of a $75CDN administrative fee.

 

EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Prior to and including March 6, 2026, any cancellation will be assessed a $200 fee. There will be no refunds for cancelled registrations after March 6, 2025 unless The Kamloops Exploration Group is forced to alter max capacity or cancel the event due to an act of god or changes in global pandemic health restrictions. The Kamloops Exploration Group Conference & Trade Show reserves the right to cancel the event on short notice due to causes beyond its control. If the foregoing events occur, the Kamloops Exploration Group Conference & Trade Show reserves the right to cancel the event on short notice and will return exhibitor monies paid to the Kamloops Exploration Group Conference & Trade Show with the exception of withholding unrecoverable costs of $75CAD.

Should The Kamloops Exploration Group be forced to comply with reducing exhibitor and delegate capacity due to health restrictions outside of our control at the time of the conference, exhibitors who provide sponsorship to the 2026 conference and trade show will be given a 5-day first right of refusal period in which to confirm the release or hold on their booth space. After the 5-day period has passed, non-sponsor exhibitors will be contacted in sequence of exhibitor registration to determine whether they would like to hold or release their space. Once half capacity has been reached in terms of exhibitors committing to continue exhibiting, remaining exhibitors will receive a full refund (apart from unrecoverable transaction fees).
