Wisconsin Biohealth Summit Vendor Information
Thank you for joining us as a vendor at the 2026 Wisconsin Biohealth Summit! This page includes important information about your booth setup, exhibitor schedule, additional service orders, booth assignments, and employment-related materials.
Vendor Information & FAQs
How do we register for a vendor booth?
Vendor booth registration is available as an add-on within Wisconsin Biohealth Summit attendee registration. The booth option can be selected after beginning an attendee registration.
Booth registration does not include Summit admission. Everyone attending the Summit, including each representative working at a booth, must also be registered as an attendee.
Who will receive booth-related communications?
The person who registers the booth will receive all communications regarding booth assignments, loading, setup, Valley Expo ordering, and other vendor details.
That contact is responsible for sharing the information with everyone who will help set up or staff the booth. To ensure your team does not miss important instructions, please confirm that the appropriate person is listed as the booth registration contact.
What is included with my booth?
Each 10' x 10' booth includes:
- Black back drape and side drape
- One 8' skirted table
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket
- One identification sign
When can I set up my booth?
Wednesday, October 21
1:00–2:30 p.m.
Thursday, October 22
6:30–8:00 a.m.
All booths must be fully set up and ready for attendees by 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 22. Booths must remain in place until the vendor fair concludes at 6:30 p.m.
Booths do not need to be staffed continuously throughout the day. However, each booth must be staffed during the closing reception. We also strongly encourage vendors to have representatives available during:
- Scheduled breaks
- Transitions between sessions
- The time before, during, and immediately after lunch
These are the best opportunities to connect with attendees visiting the vendor fair.
What are the vendor fair hours?
Thursday, October 22
8:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
When is move-out?
Thursday, October 22
6:30–8:00 p.m.
How do I order electrical service or additional booth items?
Electrical service, additional furniture, shipping, and other services must be ordered through Valley Expo:
https://order.valleyexpodisplays.com/event/12382
The ordering portal will become available in mid-September. Valley Expo will send vendors an onboarding email with access instructions.
When will I receive my booth number?
Booth numbers will be assigned in early October.
BioForward thoughtfully places booths to support traffic flow, visibility, and attendee access throughout the vendor fair. Specific booth locations cannot be selected or guaranteed.
Can we share career opportunities at our booth?
Yes. Although there will not be a separate career fair this year, vendors are welcome to display career materials and speak with attendees about employment opportunities.
Vendors may also flag their booth in the EventMobi app to let attendees know they are available to discuss careers and open positions.
How can we promote our booth on social media?
Let your network know you will be exhibiting at the Wisconsin Biohealth Summit! BioForward has created ready-to-use social media graphics and suggested copy for vendors, including options you can customize with your booth number and organization logo.
