I CONSENT TO FSRA’s collection, use and disclosure of my personal information as set out below. *

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA/FSRAO) may collect personal information, as defined in Ontario’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), under the authority of section 38(2) and 39(1) of the FIPPA, necessary to administer and deliver FSRA Exchange 2026, an activity carried out in furtherance of FSRA’s objects as set out in section 3(1) and 3(2) of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act.

Personal information (PI) collected by FSRA will be used for the purposes of delivering the FSRA Exchange 2026 conference event, this includes registering conference attendees, printing badges, processing payments, communicating, facilitating dietary restrictions and accessibility needs, managing engagement, and conference feedback. We use third-party service providers to process payments (Stripe Privacy Policy) and to facilitate registration and other event management activities (eventmobi Privacy Policy). After the event, attendee contact information may be used by FSRA to invite attendees to future event(s). The conference attendee list may be disclosed to the Ontario Ministry of Finance (MOF) if requested.

Photography and Videography will be taking place at the FSRA Exchange 2026 conference for promotional and archival purposes. By entering the event space, you consent to your image and likeness being recorded and potentially used in social media posts and future media productions.

This fee includes your admission, program materials through the event app, networking reception, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks. The FSRA Exchange is operated on a cost-recovery basis.
