The 2025 Annual Conference will be hosted at the Seattle Hyatt Regency November 19-21. It will our first time hosting the WSSDA Annual Conference in this venue, so please review the venue location packet.
Our meeting space will cover floors three through seven. Attendees will travel the venue by
escalators and elevators. Please review the booth map carefully when making your
selections. Each floor has a description explaining attendee traffic flow.
Payment is due by credit card following registration or by PO which must be paid within 30 days of registration.
