Adam Miller is the Founder, and former Co-Chairman and CEO of Cornerstone OnDemand, a people development SaaS provider. Cornerstone OnDemand was founded in 1999 in Los Angeles and is known as the canonical SaaS IPO for a company born and raised in Silicon Beach. Under Adam’s leadership, Cornerstone became one of the largest cloud computing and people development companies in the world, delivering over one billion courses to 75 million people across 192 countries. Currently a public company (NASDAQ: CSOD), Cornerstone OnDemand recently announced it will go private again at a $5.2Bn valuation.

Outside of Cornerstone OnDemand, Adam is also a prolific philanthropist and social entrepreneur. In 2021, he founded 1p.org, an organization dedicated to addressing some of the most intractable problems facing our planet, leveraging extensive research, technology and impact capital to drive results. He has also founded and led a number of other social impact organizations including Instil (bringing modern enterprise software to nonprofits), Team Rubicon (an NGO focused on helping the victims of natural disasters), AllerFund (the first venture capital fund focused exclusively on startups supporting the food allergic community), the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation (which has donated more than $150M to social impact causes), and LA-Tech.org (an organization focused on expanding economic opportunities for underserved communities in Los Angeles).
