The organizer and its processor idloom process your data in compliance with European GDPR. The information you have provided is necessary to organize the event you will be attending, to generate invoices, to confirm your registration by e-mail, to create your badge and to allow you to modify your registration. This data may also be processed by the organizer upon its legitimate interest: to promote its activities by informing you about them, to show you offers from partners and sponsors regarding this event, to obtain analytics about this event, to ensure a satisfactory networking by showing your name and company on the list of attendees. You are entitled to object to these processing operations.
idloom shall only process User’s personal data in the European Union, or in third countries after having secured appropriate guaranties with the subcontractor or recipient. They are transferred to the country of the organizer. The organizer will keep your data after the event until the expiry of the legal retention obligations, in particular fiscal and accounting and until the end of the responsibility.
You can obtain from the organizer (data protection officer available at hello@tastemakerconference.com) the written communication of your data, as well as, where appropriate, portability of the data, rectification, restriction of processing, deletion of data which is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant. For further information or to lodge a complaint you may also contact the supervisory authority of the country of your habitual residence.

Tastemaker Conference Terms of Agreement
By checking this box, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Data Sharing: Tastemaker Conference may share my name, domain, and email address with sponsors and sponsor partners for networking purposes. 

2. Ticket Policy: All ticket sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 30 days before the event. All transfers must be arranged and confirmed by the original ticket holder. Tastemaker Conference is not responsible for facilitating or coordinating the transfer process.

3. Photography and Media Consent: By attending this event, I acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording may occur. I consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and to the use of such media for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes by Tastemaker Conference and its affiliates. I waive any claims for compensation or approval of the use of such recordings.

4. Code of Conduct: Tastemaker Conference is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all attendees. I agree to conduct myself in a professional and respectful manner. Tastemaker Conference reserves the right to remove attendees who violate this code of conduct without refund.

5. Event Changes: Tastemaker Conference reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or programming at any time without prior notice.

6. Liability Waiver: I understand that participation in this event is voluntary, and I assume all risks related to my attendance. Tastemaker Conference is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

7. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the control of Tastemaker Conference (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war), the organizers reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify the event format (e.g., transition to virtual), without offering refunds.
