Registration & payment: Your spot in the tournament is guaranteed only upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation deadline: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email events@sima-amvi.ca by 5:00 PM EST on May 15, 2026. Any cancellations made after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Replacements: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another golfer.

Inclement weather: The tournament will take place rain or shine unless the host course deems the course unplayable.

No-shows: No-shows will not receive a refund or credit for any reason.
