Building a Strong Foundation for Continuous Program Improvement
This interactive, hands-on workshop is designed to help participants understand and apply key elements of data analysis and effectively document a robust, ongoing self-assessment process.
Participants will engage directly with their own program data, using it to analyze trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop components of the ARC-PA Self-Study Report required for programs undergoing accreditation review under the Standards, 6th Edition.
Through guided exercises and discussion, attendees will:
-
Explore methods for meaningful data collection and longitudinal analysis
-
Learn how to connect outcomes data to program decisions and improvements
-
Practice applying workshop concepts to complete a portion of their ARC-PA Self-Study Report
