Registration Ticket Policies

Event tickets are final and non-refundable
Event ticket are transferable to individuals in the same organization until December 13, 2024.
PBA Membership, as part of a ticket bundle discount, is not eligible for a refund or transfer.
PBA Membership offered with a ticket bundle includes one Salon and Spa Business membership per company for one year.

Terms and Conditions

Right of Refusal: The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) reserves the right to approve or deny any attendee at their sole discretion. The decision is final and cannot be appealed.
Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Salon Leaders Experience (SLE) and release Professional Beauty Association (PBA), its employees, agents, contractors, educators, and facilities (each a “Released Party”) from all liability or actions for any damage, injury, or losses arising out of or relating to attendance or actions.
PBA will communicate content through email and SMS messages. You can elect to change your communication preferences at any time. For more information about our privacy practices, please visit probeauty.org.
Professional Beauty Association and/or its approved contractors may record, photograph, and/or stream various aspects of SLE for digital archival and promotional purposes. By attending, the attendee gives PBA permission to use the attendee's voice and/or image in any such recording, photograph, or streaming activity.
Professional photography and videography needs to be pre-approved by PBA. To request PR photo access, email press@probeauty.org.
There is a risk of contracting COVID-19 or other viral infections in public places. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other viral infections and agree not to hold the PBA or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, presenters or sponsors liable for any illness or injury.

Show Policies

Attendees must wear name badge credentials while participating in conference activities.
No one under the age of 14 will be admitted into the conference sessions, classrooms or special activities.
Show Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items. All found items will be held at the management office until the conclusion of the show.
No attendee can enter the show with the intent of selling merchandise to other attendees. Any demonstration of this behavior will result in immediate removal with no refund.

Select Hyatt Regency Austin above. Use the link to directly reserve your hotel accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Austin for $279/night plus taxes. Hotel reservations must accompany a Salon Leader Experience ticket reservation. Any hotel room reservations without a corresponding ticket reservation will be cancelled.

The reservation link to book accommodations will also be included on your confirmation email. We recommend completing your Salon Leaders Experience registration and then reserve your rooms via the link.
