The program includes moderated roundtable discussions and expert-led presentations on key topics within the pancreatic cancer community, including navigating medication support and accessing valuable resources. Designed to foster community, provide insights, and spark ongoing support, this session is a can’t-miss moment of solidarity and strength.

Bus transfer will be available complimentary for Power of Us Attendees from the Lobby of the Westin Milwaukee to the Harley-Davidson Museum

Meet & Greet Reception - Harley-Davidson Museum

Kick off the conference weekend with an unforgettable evening at the iconic Harley-Davidson Museum! This Meet & Greet Reception is a special opportunity to connect with 125 inspiring patients and survivors, along with their families, caregivers, and conference attendees. Surrounded by the rich history of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, this event is designed to foster camaraderie, support, and celebration of the pancreatic cancer community.

Last Bus Transfer back to the Westin Milwaukee

A complimentary bus will be available for Power of Us Attendees to depart the Harley-Davidson Museum and return to the Westin Milwaukee.

MCW Cancer Research Labs Special Tour - Medical College of Wisconsin (Optional)

This experience is optional for those who are interested in a behind-the-scenes tour of the Cancer Research Labs at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW). This optional offering offers a unique opportunity to explore cutting-edge facilities where groundbreaking research on pancreatic cancer and other cancers is conducted.

Brunch with the Doctors & Moderated Panel - The Westin Milwaukee

This signature event offers patients, survivors, and caregivers a rare chance to connect personally with top pancreatic cancer specialists over brunch. Enjoy meaningful table conversations with leading doctors from across the country, followed by expert presentations on the latest advances in treatment and clinical research. Topics will include Neuropathy, KRASS, Immunotherapies and Nutrition. The session concludes with a dynamic moderated panel, offering insight, interaction, and inspiration from the nation’s foremost medical voices.

Personal Down Time

Take a break to recharge or immerse yourself in the vibrant culture and attractions Milwaukee has to offer. Whether you choose to relax or explore, this is your opportunity to enjoy the city at your own pace.

Cocktail Hour - American Family Field

Before the evening program begins, enjoy an hour of mingling with fellow attendees over heavy hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and live music by Jesse McGuire. Arrive early to explore the Selig Experience Tour, browse the silent auction, and enter the raffle—all set against the backdrop of American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers.

Dinner on the Diamond - American Family Field

The Power of Us signature event for 2025, Dinner on the Diamond offers a one-of-a-kind experience at the iconic American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers. This unforgettable evening brings together 320 guests for a seated dinner on the field, blending science, medicine, and community. The night will also include a special tribute honoring Dr. Douglas Evans of the Medical College of Wisconsin for his extraordinary leadership and contributions to the pancreatic cancer community.

Begin the day with a relaxed breakfast alongside Roger Magowitz, founder of the Seena Magowitz Foundation, Dr. Susan Tsai of The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center, and a group of esteemed medical professionals. This informal gathering offers an opportunity to connect, share insights, and engage in thoughtful conversation about the ongoing efforts in the fight against pancreatic cancer—no presentations, just meaningful dialogue in a relaxed setting.

Caregivers Conference Session - The Westin Milwaukee

This intimate, moderator-led session offers caregivers a safe and supportive space to connect through guided conversations and shared experiences. Each roundtable features rotating speakers who help spark meaningful dialogue, offering insights and inspiration. With a focus on emotional connection, reflection, and mutual support, this session honors the caregiving journey and fosters a powerful sense of community.
