We are stronger together when we recognize the abilities in people.
We are people, not labels. This belief is at the heart of everything Theresa Somerton and Yvonne Spicer do. As Co-Founders of Lifetime Abilities and two people with rich, deep lived experience, they do not speak about inclusion from the outside — they speak from it. Everything they bring to this workshop comes directly from what they have lived, navigated, and built. Their work is grounded in trust, removing barriers, and shared leadership — creating spaces where people feel seen for who they are, not reduced to a category or a diagnosis.
