Event Information To help us plan better, please answer the follow questions about how you'd like to participate during the 2026 Ports Canada Conference.

We are pleased to be offering Port Tours by water again this year. To maintain boat safety and delegate comfort we will be running two tours.

Port Tours will happen at the following times

Tuesday September 15, from 4:30pm - 6:00pm

Wednesday September 16, from 5:30pm - 7:00pm

This experience is included in all delegate and companion passes, but space is limited. Please let us know your preferred sailing date and we will do everything we can to accommodate.

Port Tour Dates *

1. The exact timing of the port tour is subject to change.
2. We know plans can change; you can absolutely change your response at a later date if needed.
3.Prefered dates cannot be guaranteed at this time, but we will do everything we can to accommodate requests

We collect and process personal data you provide when registering for The Association of Canadian Port Authorities’ conference (e.g., name, contact details, organization, dietary/allergy needs) to manage registrations, issue tickets, communicate event details, and support on-site check-in. We may share data with our event platform, payment processor, venue, trusted service providers, and sponsors, and may use it for legitimate event-related communications and safety. Media and Photography

By registering and attending this event you acknowledge that you may appear in group or candid photography and consent to the use of such imaging by The Association of Canadian Port Authorities. If you prefer not to be photographed, please email creaburn@acpa-aapc.ca and notify the Ports Canada team at the registration desk upon arrival.

Refund and Cancellation Policy *

We are pleased to offer full refunds, less a $100 administrative fee. All requests must be made in writing to creaburn@acpa-aapc.ca. Requests for refunds will be honoured until August 5, 2026. Please allow for up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed.

After August 5, 2026, we will have a strict zero-refund policy, but we are happy to administer a ticket transfer or name. All such requests must be made in writing to creaburn@acpa-aapc.ca.

This program is designed to welcome companions of Ports Canada Delegates to join us for all meals, and social activities.
